Digital Painting update!

Hey all, I've been getting back into digital painting thanks to Thomas Esmeralda's Vis Dev class, I'd like to show a bit of what I've done so far...

Above is a 6 hour piece done on top of an architectural photograph.

Below are speed paints done from the films "The Help" and "Blindness".

Just celebrated xmas with my family, kept it chill this year unlike the other holiday social bonanzas of years past. Just got the router replaced so now I can do big uploads.

End of the best semester I've had yet

It's been a little while, but I'm back after an excellent semester and I have not come empty handed. Here's some work from a project I just finished, where we individually design two forests; a good, and an evil one. My forest was based off of the forest of Aokigahara, known as the "Forest of Suicide", at the base of Mount Fuji.

I don't know about YOU guys...

...but I had fun on the rendering, after I got my reference approved (which I did NOT have fun with)
My story was an office worker who had a strange interest in women's underwear, and possibly something worse.
Only so many people in this world who have stable minds and lives.
