I love my tablet PC. In case anyone is looking to get one, mine is a Motion Computing LE1700. I just hope it stays operational for a while. My ideas this week went all over the place, but that's what summer is for! It takes patience to avoid overworking something... I think the Megatron-looking painting really illustrates this dilemma. But as a piece that started in line format, it was an exercise in relaxation as well as specificity. Either my line detail needs to get cleaner, or I render sans-line.
Been listening to "The Amenta," the album N0N. There's nothing better than Industrial Black Metal to burn "Call Me Maybe" out of my short-term memory.
I wonder, how much longer 'till I run out of coffee money...

I'm in the habit now of starting projects during my coffee breaks and spare time, and subsequently developing them more at home. My inspirations are H.R. Giger, Gottfried Helnwein, tattoo artists and any music or game art that I grab on to. Since listening to death metal albums and industrial/trance records from an early age, what drew me to them initially was the art. Thus I began an obsession with illustration.
